Kino Mediteran arrived in Jelsa in the summer of 2014 with two screenings a week. Due to the great interest of the audience in the 2015 season, screenings were held three times a week, and after the end of the summer season, we continued to show films once a month in the City Hall in the winter months. In 2019, Kino Mediteran and the Municipality of Jelsa successfully digitized the cinema through the investment tender of the Ministry of Culture.
Cinema Mediteran Jelsa is held in partnership with the Jelsa Tourist Board and the Municipality of Jelsa.

Movies of American production: 7 €
Dubbed movies for children: 6 €
European and other independent movies: 6 €
Box office sale starts 1 hour before screening, or you can purcahse tickets online. The cinema has a bar offering drinks and popcorn.
You can see in what language the film will be shown by clicking through on the schedule - we tend to show films in their original versions with subtitles, except for children's films.
In case of cancellation of the screening due to bad weather or technical issues you can request a refund at box office (ticket number is required) or at tickets@kinomediteran.hr (for tickets purchased online). In case of beeing late for the screening-refund is not possible. Thank you for your kind understanding!
